Garden Kits

Choosing the right native plants can feel overwhelming, especially if you're just getting started. Our garden kits take the guesswork out of designing a beautiful, wildlife-friendly landscape by providing carefully selected Oklahoma native plants that thrive together.

Each kit is professionally designed by Keystone Nature Scapes and includes a thoughtfully arranged garden design, installation guide, detailed care instructions, watering guide and educational resources to help you succeed.

Choose the kit that best matches your space. Bee's Knees is perfect for front yard sunny locations bursting with color and pollinator activity. Woodland Edge is designed for part-sun areas and features plants that are naturally less appealing to deer and rabbits. The OG (Original Garden) recreates a slice of Oklahoma's iconic tallgrass prairie, bringing back a landscape that once covered much of our state.

It can take a few years for a native planting to completely fill out. Remember: "Sleep, creep and leap!"

  • In year 1, your plants are working hard to put down strong roots. Deep roots store carbon and help the plant get access to water during drought.
  • In year 2, your plants are creepin'! The roots are still growing, but now they're established and can start focusing on flowers and foliage.
  • In year 3, your plants are completely established and the roots are strong enough to supply the plants with everything they need to grow to their full potential!

*****Before planting a new garden bed, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you rid the area of existing turf grass. Planting into an area that has not been prepped will be harder to manage and likely won't be successful. See our site preparation guide for step by step instructions on how to prepare your area for a successful garden.
