About This Planting:

The Bee’s Knees is an approachable, low-maintenance planting designed around recognizable Oklahoma native grasses and wildflowers. Drought-tolerant species provide seasonal color, texture, and valuable habitat for native pollinators.

This kit is well suited for an existing landscape bed or a dedicated backyard planting area and is designed to be easy to establish and maintain. The standard layout fits a 6' × 10' rectangular space, but the planting can be adapted to other bed shapes around 60 square feet. Taller species are concentrated toward the back or along a foundation, while shorter plants transition toward the front and edges to create a natural, layered appearance.
